Returns & Exchanges

Loft Masculino, concerned with providing excellent service and ensuring total customer satisfaction, has created its exchange and return policy in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 8.078 of September 11, 1990, the Consumer Protection Code.

Attention! In order to proceed with exchanges and returns, customers must be aware of the following rules:

Upon receiving a product purchased from Loft Masculino's online store, please refuse delivery if:

• The packaging is open or damaged;
• The product is damaged;
• The product is incomplete or does not match the order.

If, nevertheless, you receive the product, please contact our Customer Service (assessoria@loftmasculino.com) within 72 hours.

To request cancellation or exchange of a purchase, customers need to contact us through our Customer Service, stating the reason for the request.

In order for the request to be approved, customers have a period of up to 7 days from the date of receiving the merchandise (as identified by the company through the change in the order status) to request cancellation or exchange of the merchandise.

Important:

Please be aware that the date when you receive your order is determined by our company through the change in the order status. We highly recommend staying alert and contacting us immediately if you notice any status change that does not accurately reflect the actual delivery of your product.

In case of returns, Loft Masculino's Customer Service will contact the customer to confirm receipt of their request and arrange for the return of the product.

Conditions for exchange/withdrawal of purchases:

• The product(s) must not show any signs of use, washing, or modification by the customer;
• The product(s) must be sent in their original Loft Masculino packaging, properly protected against damage;
• Requests for exchange of products purchased on promotions will not be accepted;
• Requests for exchange will only be accepted for defective products within the warranty period (30 days);
• If the product sent shows defects due to misuse, refunds or exchanges will not be authorized, and the product will be returned to the customer.

** After the shipping label is issued, the customer has 6 days to ship the item. Returns will not be accepted after this deadline.

Note that free returns are available for customers within Brazil. For returns from other countries, kindly understand that return shipping fees will need to be covered by the customer. Loft Masculino does not accept products sent for return without prior communication.
