1 – Warranty Conditions

The jewelry sold by Loft Masculino comes with a personal and non-transferable warranty against any manufacturing defect. The warranty is valid throughout the national territory.

* The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by hits, scratches, shocks, and polishing done with abrasive products. In cases where the jewelry is sent for verification, the shipping and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2 – 18k 750 Gold

Our 18k Gold jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.

3 – Sterling Silver 925

Our Sterling Silver 925 jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.

The 'Darkening' is a natural and common process of Sterling Silver 925. Silver is a metal sensitive to humidity, heat, creams, lotions, ointments, and perfumes. Thus, darkening is a normal process characteristic of this metal, cleaning your jewelry correctly will restore its natural shine.

Silver is a more sensitive metal, more malleable and susceptible to shocks, friction, and wear and tear. To maintain your jewelry in its original characteristics, you must observe some procedures:

- Keep your jewelry stored in boxes designed for jewelry or in well-sealed plastic bags to protect them from light and chemical products;

- Avoid contact with chemical products such as: perfumes, cosmetics, pool chlorine, cleaning products, sea salt, and similar;

- Uric acid, normally produced by the body, can oxidize or damage the jewelry, which is not a manufacturing defect;

A tip: To keep your jewelry always clean, use a Magic Flannel. It contains a special chemical that enhances the shine of your jewelry. Attention: The flannel cannot be wet.

4 – Plating

Being a finish, the plating will wear out over time and this is completely natural! The more the jewelry is used, the greater its wear will be.

4.1 – And how long does the jewelry's plating last?

This varies greatly from person to person and is directly related to the frequency of use and care of the jewelry. In necklaces, the plating usually lasts from 6 months to a year. Some people use it for more than 2 years and do not notice — or do not mind — the slightly more silver aspect of the jewelry.

3.2 – And if the finish comes off? Is it covered by warranty?

The warranty covers the plating for 1 year. After this period, if you feel the need, we can redo the finish for an additional cost (Check updated prices in our customer service channels).

IMPORTANT: The warranty does not cover inappropriate use, accidents of any nature, chain breakage, contact or manipulation with chemical agents that can cause damage to the product. There will be a loss of warranty in case of manipulation of the product by another establishment. All the above policies are in force according to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
